Computer Accessory Showcase

 Where are the tutors from?
Our tutors are mostly full-time teachers from China. They are native Mandarin speaker, qualified and experienced in teaching Chinese.

Can I change tutor?
Yes, you can. You will only have to pay for the tuition lessons that the tutor had conducted.

How can I know my child progress?
You will receive note on what your child has learnt for each lesson. In addition, you will also receive comprehensive report on your child's learning progress periodically.

What computer or accessory is needed to run the tuition?
You enjoy zero start-up cost, as long as you have the followings:
- Internet connection with 4Mbps and above speed
- PC running Microsoft Windows XP and above
- 2 USB Webcams  (One Webcam points to the student, the other one points at textbook.)

When do I pay?
You need to pay us at the start of each month.

Can I postpone a tuition lesson?
Yes, simplify call us at <+65 8268 9307> or email us at <info@saplingtuition.com>. Our experienced Customer Service Officer will do the rest at no extra charge.

Does my child need to know computer before getting start?
As long as your child knows how to power up to start the computer, point and click using the mouse, and lastly shutdown the computer after the tuition lesson.

What if I do not own the computer or accessory required?
You can obtain the computer and accessory specifications from us and purchase your own. Likewise, you can call our Customer Service Officer at <+65 8268 9307> to purchase the required computer accessory.

Does my child need to know how to type using the computer?
No, it is not necessary.
